Christ’s Kingdom Commission (Matthew 25:14-30)

The master gives talents to the servants who manage his house.  It would seem that the one who is very cautious would be the most praised, but that is not the case.  Why is the cautious servant rebuked?  What are these talents?  What does this teach us about the kingdom?
